Kangana Ranaut is in tinsel town and all set to kick-off her spy thriller film, 'Dhaakad'. Recently, she organized a small brunch for the Dhaakad team at her residence. While sharing some glimpse from her brunch, she introduced Tetsuo Nagata, who has been roped in by the makers to make the film a world-class spy thriller. Tetsuo is a well-known director of Photography for numerous films, including Narco, Paris, je t'aime and La Vie En Rose. He also won the Cesar Award for Best Cinematography twice, in 2001 for The Officers' Ward and in 2007 for La Vie en rose.

Kangana Ranaut shared a string of pictures with the 'Dhaakad' team and specially mentioned legendary french director of photography Tetsuo Nagata, an academy award-winner. Directed by Razneesh Ghai, the film has co-written the film with Chintan Gandhi and Rinish Ravindra and the screenplay has been written by Ritesh Shah. Dhaakad has been produced by Sohail Maklai productions and Asylum films, co-produced by Qyuki Digital Media. The film is expected to release in 2021 or 2022 as amid the pandemic, the film shoot has been delayed.
